When you take the time from your busy schedule to call us, you deserve to speak to a human being. We feel so strongly about this that we use no automated phone directory, and no Kindle employee has voice mail. When you call our offices during business hours, you will always speak to a real person who is both courteous and knowledgeable.
We employ an answering service for after-hours calls. Email messages regarding each call are generated to multiple recipients at Kindle so that no call goes unanswered for very long.
Do you prefer email over phone? No problem. We strive to respond to any email within an hour of receipt during business hours.
We understand that our business hours may not always mesh with your schedule. If you need special accommodation, let us know. We will make every effort to have a sales or support specialist available when it is convenient to you.
