— Laura McMillon, MMT, MEd, Jasper ISD, TX
The automatic feedback students get with HeartBeeps is fantastic! With so many grade levels, it's a great program for differentiating student abilities."
— Sue Stott, Technology Facilitator, New Hanover SD, NC
"I am so happy with HeartBeeps! I especially like the reports."
They make it easy to chart progress and identify areas that need additional instruction. It's nice to have a program that challenges the students, yet is easy to manage.
— Serena McBee, Computer Lab Manager, Bergman SD, AR
"HeartBeeps is a great resource for both teachers and students."
Harlandale ISD teachers have been avid users of HeartBeeps for almost 10 years. We were very excited to see the new TEKS-based version released. HeartBeeps is a great resource for both teachers and students. Without proper staff development, even the best programs will not be used, so we truly value the "after-the-sale" support and training provided by your company.
— Myrna Martinez, Software Support Specialist, Harlandale ISD, Harlandale, TX
"We are now in our third year of using HeartBeeps school-wide for math instruction."
St. Pius V. Elementary School is now in its third year of using HeartBeeps school-wide for math instruction. The benchmark by which this school is evaluated is performance on the ITBS. At the end of our first year we went from the 38th to the 59th national percentile. At the end of the second year we were at the 71st percentile. At the end of the present school year we expect to hit a plausible ceiling around the 77th percentile. Let it be noted that this is an inner-city school in a bilingual neighborhood.
— Quincy Howe, Technical Director, St. Pius V Elementary School, Bronx, NY
"HeartBeeps made my life easier as a technology curriculum specialist."
My school first used HeartBeeps about six years ago. We purchased the middle school package and most of the core teachers used the program to prepare students for the TAAS test. Last year we purchased the HeartBeeps update and loved the convenience of using the web-delivered version of the program. It made my life easier as a technology curriculum specialist since there was no need to install the program to our server. We do not have to worry about compatibility issues. I was able to import our entire student roster quickly and easily into the data base in a matter of minutes. My staff loves the ease of use and the ability to select specific objectives for practice and reteaching. This program is ideal for individualizing instruction. The reports are easy to generate and informative. The students are actively engaged and enjoy the opportunity to use this web-delivered software.
— Elaine Everett, Curriculum Technology Specialist, Crownover MS, Denton ISD, Corinth, TX
"We especially like the immediate reinforcement...and tracking student progress is very easy with your teacher manager system."
Both teachers and students agree that HeartBeeps is by far the most important tool we've found to help our students pass the state proficiency tests. We especially like the immediate reinforcement for both correct and incorrect answers, and tracking student progress is very easy with your teacher management system.
— Donna Gillioti, Teacher, Euclid City School District, Euclid, OH
"...HeartBeeps helped greatly in the preparation for the TAKS test."
The classroom teachers use HeartBeeps with their kids. The feedback I got... from the math teachers was that HeartBeeps helped greatly in the preparation for the TAKS test. Fourth-grade math teachers have said that the format is VERY close to the TAKS test. The vocabulary used in the questions is the same as on the TAKS test.
— Suzie Wilburn, Technology Department, Barbers Hill ISD, Mont Belvieu, TX
